CA Prateek Wadhera is an independent Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) with around 8 years of experience in areas such as financial planning and analysis, transaction advisory, and business support across various sectors.
He has worked in the capacity of a Virtual CFO, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, MIS reporting, and board/investor presentations. His experience also includes financial and operational due diligence, development of SOPs, group account consolidation, and management reporting.
He has also advised on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and capital structuring, and has prepared financial models and valuations to support financial decision-making.
